Council Speaker Urged to Act After Member’s Anti-Muslim Post

A group of interfaith leaders said the lack of response by City Council Speaker Julie Menin to anti-Muslim statements made by Councilwoman Inna Vernikov called the city’s commitment to protecting Muslims into question.
