Cops: Driver crashes after hitting 102 mph in 30 mph zone
ALBANY - An East Greenbush man was arrested Monday after driving 70 miles per hour over the speed limit, crashing and fleeing from officers on foot earlier this month, police said.Kareem Brown, 28, was arrested for reckless endangerment, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and numerous traffic violations, State Police said.On the afternoon of Feb. 5, police said they saw a 2016 Subaru Forester, driven by Brown, going 102 mph on the I-787 Ramp into the Empire State Plaza, which is a 30 mph zone.
