Comments sought on East Greenbush apartment project

EAST GREENBUSH – The Town Planning will hear residents' comments Wednesday on a development proposal that would see no more than 286 apartments built in a planned development district.Covered Bridge Partners, LLC, headed by Armand Quadrini, has been working to develop the 47.8-acre site between Michael Road and I-90. Mill Creek runs through the site.It's located in the R-B Residential Buffer Zoning District.
