Cohoes mayor's race adds two more candidates

COHOES — This city of 16,000 is shaping up to have the most heated Capital Region election of 2019, as two more Democrats plan to announce a run for mayor this week.Cohoes Common Council member Steve Napier is scheduled to announce his entrance into the race Monday, followed by former city treasurer Peter Frangie's campaign announcement on Thursday.
