Cohoes man admits killing couple in car crash

BALLSTON SPA - Dickie R. Winn admitted in court Monday that he caused a drunken-driving crash in May that killed a New York City couple and injured three of their friends as they drove to a wedding.The 59-year-old Cohoes man pleaded guilty to aggravated criminally negligent homicide in return for a promised sentence of 6 1/3 to 19 years in prison.Saratoga County Court Judge James A. Murphy III set Winn's sentencing for Nov. 21.
