Chair of Stillwater Democrats steps down

STILLWATER- The chair of the town's Democratic Committee is stepping down.In a letter to committee members, Paul "Butch" Lilac, who was also a supervisor in the Saratoga County town for 20 years, said he decided to resign because "it is time."
