CDPHP, St. Catherine's team up to house the homeless

On Friday, CDPHP announced it's formalizing a partnership with St. Catherine's in order to offer housing support and critical services to some of its most vulnerable members — adults like George who have chronic conditions, and are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless in Albany, Columbia and Greene counties.
