Capital Region will be clipped by winter storm

It looks like a winter storm moving up through the Northeast Sunday night will trend south and save the Capital Region from the heaviest snow.The National Weather Service is predicting that New York City will be heaviest hit Sunday, as a winter storm warning has been issued starting at 1 p.m. for areas south of Newburgh.But for areas north of Albany County, an accumulation of two to four inches of snow is expected from early Sunday evening to early Monday morning.
