Capital Region home sales continue to fall

Capital Region home sales fell again in March, tumbling 12 percent, the Greater Capital Association of Realtors reported Monday.But there were some bright spots. Average sale price rose 6 percent to $234,511, while the median price was up 2 percent to $204,900. Pending sales were up 5 percent, while inventory received a boost with 1,630 new listings.
