Brunswick councilman, legislator charged with DWI

BRUNSWICK – A town councilman, who also serves as a Rensselaer County legislator, was charged with drunk driving after he was stopped by a deputy for driving without his headlights on, according to the Rensselaer County Sheriff's Office and court records.Daniel Casale of Patriot Place was stopped the night of Feb. 8, according to the sheriff's office.
