Bitter cold set to depart region

ALBANY — When a high temperature in the low 20s seems balmy, you know things have been rough.The bitter cold that arrived on the heels of the Capital Region's first major snowstorm is expected to depart the area by Tuesday morning, setting the stage for a warming trend that will bring changes for the significant snowpack that piled up over the weekend.
