Bill would allow breast feeding moms to postpone jury duty

ALBANY — A bill that exempts breastfeeding mothers from jury duty is moving through the Legislature.The legislation would require courts to accept a doctor's note indicating that a woman is breastfeeding and enable her to postpone her service for up to two years.
