Another snowstorm bears down on Albany area

Snowfall in the Capital Region is lagging behind the season average for this point in the winter but that should change on Tuesday.Between 4 and 8 inches of snow are expected to fall in Albany and other low-lying areas in the region but as much as a foot could be dropped in the Adirondack Mountains, the Berkshires in Massachusetts and in southern Vermont.So far, the region has gotten 28.9 inches of snow during the winter season.
