Albany native gets big chance in the boxing ring

But pro boxer Will Madera is getting his big break.Madera — who recently quit a night shift at a local nursing facility to focus on boxing — will meet fellow lightweight Thomas Mattice on Friday night in a quickly created replacement bout that fills out the three-match card at the Main Street Armory in Rochester.
