Albany man convicted on gun charges in Renssealer County

TROY - An Albany man was convicted on three gun charges Friday after a two-day trial in Rensselaer County Court and now faces up to 15 years in prison.Avalon O. Watson, 24, of Colonie Street in Arbor Hill, was convicted of second degree criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a firearm, both felonies, and fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor.
