Albany bishop issues open letter to Cuomo on abortion

Edward Scharfenberger, bishop of the Catholic diocese of Albany, has issued an open letter to Governor Andrew Cuomo criticizing the Reproductive Health Act and predicting the legislation, if approved, “will expand abortion under the pretenses of choice and progress.”
