Addiction recovery group opens Albany's second community center

Second Chance Opportunities, an Albany nonprofit that assists people in early-stage recovery find housing and jobs, has a new headquarters and space enough to finally open a recovery community center. It will be the second such center to open in Albany in just a few months.
