A government shutdown would affect Albany area workers

A shutdown of the U.S. Federal Government is looming Friday night as Congress works to come to an agreement on a spending plan. Dozens of agencies and millions of employees nationwide would be affected by the shutdown, some of which are located in the Capital Region.
