3 arrested on drug charges in Whitehall

WHITEHALL - A trio was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly possessing large quantities of heroin mixed with Fentanyl following an incident that occurred on Monday in the village, New York State Police and Whitehall police said.Dayshawn Mitchell, 23, of Brooklyn was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell after he was allegedly found with 50 grams of the drug, police said. Laura J. Bishop, 31, of Rutland, Vt. and Victoria Walton, 30, from Fair Haven, Vt. were
