St. Tammany jail drug ring uncovered, 11 arrested

St. Tammany deputies have arrest 11 people accused of working to smuggle drugs into the parish jail. Detectives say inmate Justin Olivieri led the drug ring. His girlfriend allegedly used different drop-off points outside the jail while trustees brought the narcotics and other drugs inside.
