Snow in New Orleans: Winter weather advisory issued for area until 4 p.m.; see latest updates

More of New Orleans has been added to today's winter weather advisory, which lasts through 4 p.m., according to the National Weather Service. Today's storm brought a rare bought of snow to much of Louisiana, including Baton Rouge and the north shore.
