RR votes to administer development funds

The Rio Rancho Governing Body unanimously approved two ordinances on Wednesday that would allow the city to administer and act as fiscal agent for the state's LEDA contributions to Safelite Solutions and PCM, which recently announced their expansions into Rio Rancho.
