Rio Rancho Observer endorsements

The Observer has spent the 2016 municipal campaign season engaging the candidates for the three seats on Rio Rancho City Council through written interviews, public forums and individual meetings. That process has given our editorial board a unique vantage point from which to offer our endorsements for Tuesday’s election.
