It’s lights out at the San Juan Generating Station

Steven Sorrow is a plant operator and has worked at the San Juan Generating Station for 10 years. Sorrow will be laid off on October 21. The coal-fired plant is completely shutting down after 50 years of generating a power supply for Public Service Company of New Mexico, and other local and regional utilities.
