Fossil Group: 1Q Earnings Snapshot

RICHARDSON, Texas — Fossil Group Inc. (FOSL) on Wednesday reported a loss of $85.6 million in its first quarter.
On a per-share basis, the Richardson, Texas-based company said it had a loss of $1.69. Losses, adjusted for restructuring costs and asset impairment costs, were $1.50 per share.
The watch and accessories maker posted revenue of $390.7 million in the period.
In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, the company’s shares hit $3.79. A year ago, they were trading at $10.25
