Cited for high-risk violations for employee drink and bagel stored in food prep area, inadequate air gaps on drain lines, gashes and grime on cutting board, lack of splash guards on hand sink, grime on ice machine, ice scoop improperly stored, cellphone on counter in prep area, cloths stored out of sanitizer water and problem with coffee grinder cover.
