Astros call Bregman

Albuquerque Academy graduate Alex Bregman will join the Houston Astros today. The former LSU star shortstop, who has been playing for Triple-A Fresno, will be in Houston today, a little more than a year after the Astros selected him second overall in the 2015 MLB draft.
