Rochester man who killed parents in 1996 granted shot at freedom, but not for at least 17 years

DOVER - Originally sentenced to life without parole for the double murder, Robert Dingman was resentenced Tuesday to 20 years for each murder, making him eligible for parole in another 17 years.
