A winter weather advisory has been issued for Western Nevada starting 7 a.m. Tuesday and lasting through the day.According to the National Weather Service, periods of snow could spill over into Western Nevada affecting the morning commute west of Highway 395.Snow accumulations are forecast to be 1-4 inches, with a chance for 2-5 inches in the foothills above 5,000 feet and south of Carson City.
