Video shows 3 LA-area officers shooting unarmed man

LOS ANGELES — A federal judge has ordered the release of a video (WARNING: graphic content) showing three Los Angeles-area police officers fatally shooting an unarmed man in 2013, saying the public had the right to review the footage.
