Vehicle of missing Douglas County woman found; search ongoing

The vehicle of a missing Douglas County woman was found in the area of Inspiration Point overlooking Emerald Bay, according to the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office.Carolyn Batchelor from Zephyr Cove has been missing since Feb. 15.
