11:15 UPDATE: A partial roof collapse has caused fire crews to evacuate the building and attack the fire burning at PCC Structurals in the 2300 block of Lockheed Way from above.Residents in the area also are being notified via phone call about potential health risk, as the wind starts to increase from the acid fire at the plant.
