‘The Nutcracker’ coming to Carson City this weekend

The 27th annual Pinkerton Ballet Theatre production of The Nutcracker is coming to Carson City Friday through Sunday.The classic Christmas tale features local dancers from Dayton, Carson City and Lake Tahoe, as well as professional dancers from multiple California dance companies. Nearly 60 dancers ranging from three years and older will be performing at the Carson City Community Center.“It is the 27th year of this production, so it’s very exciting,” said volunteer Natalie Kie
