Suspected dynamite identified as smoke bomb in Douglas County

What was initially thought to be a stick of dynamite turned out to be a smoke bomb according to Douglas County Sheriff’s office.At 2:25 p.m. Wednesday, DCSO responded to 1380 Centerville Road for a suspicious item found in a Dumpster. The reporting party stated the item found appeared to be a stick of dynamite.
