Steampunk festival to visit Nevada State Railroad Museum

Part art and fashion, metal and mechanics, the Steampunk movement comes to the Nevada State Railroad Museum in Carson City for a Father’s day celebration from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 18. Historic and futuristic at the same time, the movement melds creativity and imagination with the power of heavy equipment — sort of Victorian Era meets the science fiction.The first of its kind for the museum, the event will feature specially priced tickets that will include unlimited trains rides al
