St. Jude’s Ranch CEO resigns following upheaval

The longtime chief executive officer of St. Jude’s Ranch for Children resigned effective Thursday night, according to the organization’s national board. Christine Spadafor’s resignation follows the resignations of all Nevada national board members for St. Jude’s, which serves abused, neglected and homeless children.
