Snow begins to stick in Carson City

Stormy weather swept throughout California and Nevada on Tuesday, and Carson City got its share. Rain and snow fell off and on throughout the day, but by about 4:30 p.m. in the afternoon, heavier snow began to fall and was sticking to the ground, causing obvious problems for traffic and leading law enforcement to be more on the alert.
