Restaurant on S. Carson prepares for grand opening

Mexican cuisine Super Burrito recently closed its doors at 1250 S. Carson St., and a new restaurant is already taking over the space to prepare for its grand opening. Alderto’s Fresh Mexican Food is also a locally-owned business and opens for business Thursday morning at 7 a.m., said General Manager Jose Puga.
