Reno will be lighting company’s West Coast base

A Florida lighting company said it will open a new advanced manufacturing and distribution center in Reno in early September. With six employees to start, Industrial Lighting Products anticipates creating a total of 20 jobs by the end of year two, the firm announced th last week in a joint statement with the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada. According to a statement, ILP is also bringing an initial investment of $60,000 in capital equipment to its new operation located on Rock Bo
