Prosecutors: Dr. Desai should enter fraud plea in Las Vegas

Federal prosecutors filed court papers Thursday opposing Dr. Dipak Desai’s push to plead guilty in Reno to a health care fraud conspiracy stemming from the 2007 hepatitis C outbreak.
