Prosecutor says witnesses lied about Ferguson shooting

St. Louis County Prosecutor Bob McCulloch said in a radio interview that some witnesses obviously lied to the grand jury. Meanwhile, a Missouri lawmaker is calling for an investigation of McCulloch saying he “manipulated” the grand jury in the Ferguson case.
