Problem bear drowns in Dayton pond after shot with tranquilizer

A black bear drowned after it was tranquilized by Nevada wildlife officials then ran into a pond near a golf course in Dayton. Nevada Department of Wildlife spokesman Chris Healy says the 300-pound male bear was wandering Monday evening through the Dayton Valley Golf Club.
