Prep roundup: Carson VB third in tourney

The Carson High volleyball team got off to an impressive start to the season by finishing third out of 40 teams at the high-powered Las Vegas Invitational Saturday.After going 3-0 in pool play Friday, the Senators advanced to the upper division and went 3-0 to advance to the semifinals of the event.
