Pedestrian killed on Charleston; section of road closed

Las Vegas police are investigating a fatal crash involving a vehicle and a pedestrian in the central valley. Officers were called to the 6400 block of West Charleston Boulevard, near South Torrey Pines Drive, about 3:30 p.m.
