Nike, Apply pay settlement but dispute FuelBands are inaccurate

While Nike and Apple deny that FuelBand (a device that allows wearers to track their fitness progress) is inaccurate, they agreed to pay a $15 payment or a $25 Nike gift card to owners under a settlement reached as a result of a lawsuit in lawsuit in Superior Court in Los Angeles.
