New office building planned for Symphony Park

Symphony Park could soon see its first groundbreaking since 2010. PH Symphony Park LLC — a company owned by Molasky Group Chairman and Las Vegas developer Irwin Molasky — hopes to build up to 300,000 square feet of office space on nearly 6 acres of park property right across the street from the Molasky Corporate Center.
