Nevada to pay famed lawyer to defend school choice program
Nevada is paying $285,000 to hire a famous lawyer to help defend the state’s new Education Savings Account program in two pending lawsuits. The Nevada Board of Examiners voted Tuesday to approve the agreement with Bancroft PLLC, the law firm of former U.S. Solicitor General Paul Clement.
