Nevada Legislature: GOP bill would prevent school administrators from unionizing

Nevada lawmakers have introduced a bill that would prevent school administrators from unionizing. Republican Senate Majority Leader Michael Roberson is the primary sponsor of SB241, which was introduced Tuesday. Roberson said collective bargaining is meant to protect the rights of laborers and not management. He argued that there’s not a need for such unions because many administrators’ salaries hover around s
