Nevada Fair kicks off Thursday in Carson City

The Nevada Fair hit Carson City Thursday, starting off the four day event with a special appearance from the Reno Aces mascot Archie.The Carson City Fire Department started the grand opening with a parade of trucks driving through Fuji Park next to the Exhibit Hall, followed by the 1st Nevada Cavalry who led the crowd in the National Anthem.
