Nevada conservatives join push to defund Planned Parenthood

LAS VEGAS — Nevada conservatives are joining an effort to defund Planned Parenthood after the release of covert videos of agency officials. Republican Assemblyman Erv Nelson is scheduled to join conservative talk radio host Heidi Harris and Republican activist Amy Tarkanian in a noontime rally Tuesday near the Grant Sawyer Building in Las Vegas.
